Micellated antioxidants NovaSOL® and ExtraOx®
Natural antioxidants are used as active substances in the NovaSOL® and ExtraOX® lines of micellated antioxidants. Due to its micellating technology, these products can replace existing synthetic or expensive natural antioxidants, while maintaining an excellent price-quality ratio of the end product and allowing you to retain the "Clean Label."
Antioxidants are intended for slowing down the oxidation process, preserving the quality of food products and prolonging their shelf-life. They prevent rancid taste and smell in fats and fat-containing products and inhibit the process of oxidation and darkening/discoloration in fruit and vegetable products. Antioxidants are widely used in the production of vegetable oils and animal fats, confectionery and baked goods, meat, sausage and fish products, various types of snacks, breakfast cereals, food concentrates, broths and soups. ANTIOXIDANTS BASED ON VITAMINS
Ascorbic acid (E330) and tocopherols (E306, E307) in various combinations are used as active ingredients in this type of antioxidants. The micellating technology allows for the combination of these substances in one product, which would be impossible with the use of other technologies due to the differences in their solubility. As a result of this combination, the antioxidant effectiveness of the additive significantly increases.
Only natural plant extracts, known for their antioxidant properties, are used as active substances in this type of antioxidants.

MICELLATED ANTIOXIDANTS ARE DIVIDED INTO THREE GROUPS:
Ascorbyl palmitate-based antioxidants are popular all over the world due to their high efficiency and reasonable price. Even though the antioxidant is of synthetic origin, it is obtained by the interaction of ascorbic (vitamin C) and palmitic acids. We offer liquid fat-soluble forms of ascorbyl palmitate in combination with lecithin and tocopherols, which can be used in many sectors of the food industry.
